Toyota Prado 2005 – Rear chassis rail repairs
Vehicle had been used on beach and over the years the sand builds up in the rear chassis rails.
Most Prado’s hold the dirt and sand in the rear rails which you can not see when washing.
This vehicle needed rear x member replacement and rebuild on chassis rails.
Chassis sections were fabricated up and folded as these sections are not available from Toyota.
Final 2 pak black chassis part paint.

Cut out , reweld new member and paint – 2 pak black.

2020 Toyota Hilux tray liner
Client wanted a tray liner sprayed in the tub.
We use a brand called Raptor and it can be tinted to the colour of the vehicle as per images. You can also leave it black with no tint added.
Most vehicles can be done in 1 full day. Following day ready to use as a ute.
